6) Email & SMS Marketing (If You Opt In)

  • Email: You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers/Processors (e.g., Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics, messaging tools) who process data for us under contract.

  • Business transfers: if we undergo a merger, sale, or reorganization, data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy (e.g., to comply with tax/accounting laws, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements), unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

The Site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact neal@theganja.life and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
