Here’s where we answer the most common questions. If you don’t see what you need, hit us up at neal@theganja.life—we’re here to help.


1) “I have an amazing Ganja story I’d like to share—how do I do it?”

Email neal@theganja.life with your story and any artifacts (photos, audio/video, scans) or links. I’ll read everything, follow up if I have questions, and let you know if it’s a fit for the Ganja Blog.

Short consent (paste this in your email):

“I give The Ganja permission to publish my story and any attached media on the Ganja Blog and social channels. I confirm I own or have rights to everything I’m sharing. You may lightly edit for length/clarity while keeping the meaning. Please credit me as: [your name or preferred credit].”


2) Shipping & Tracking

  • Typical timing: Orders usually arrive in 7–10 days (sometimes a little sooner, sometimes a little later depending on the carrier).
  • Tracking: Every order includes tracking. We’ll help you follow it all the way home.
  • Carrier notes: Once your package is with the carrier, timing is in their hands. The Ganja isn’t responsible for carrier delays or packages lost by the carrier—but we’ll absolutely assist you in tracking things down.

3) Returns & Exchanges

We print each piece on demand just for you, so we don’t accept general returns or size exchanges. Unfortunately, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Because all our orders are printed on demand, we can't offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. But if you did get the wrong size and you think it is an error on our part, let us know and we can try to figure something out!. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.


We will make it right if:

  • You received the wrong item (color, size, or design)
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The print or garment quality is defective

How it works:

  • Email neal@theganja.life within 14 days of delivery with your order # and clear photos.
  • If approved, we’ll replace or refund as appropriate.
  • Return shipping is covered only if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Otherwise, returns (when applicable) are at the customer’s expense.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on undergarments, baby wear, or swimwear.

4) Cancellations

We can cancel an order only if it hasn’t entered the printing process yet.

  • Once printing starts, the order will ship as normal and can’t be cancelled.
  • Cancellation approval is at the discretion of The Ganja (we’ll always try to help).

To request a cancellation, email neal@theganja.life with your order # ASAP.


5) Damaged or Wrong Items (We’ll Fix It)

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email neal@theganja.life within 7 days of delivery with your order # and photos.

  • We’ll review and resolve quickly—replacement or refund, depending on the issue.
  • We can’t assist after 7 days or if the item has been worn/used.

6) Care Instructions (Keep the Glow Strong)

To keep your tee and print looking crisp:

  • Wash cold at 30°C / 86°F
  • Skip bleach and heavy-duty detergents
  • No fabric softeners/conditioners
  • Hang dry or tumble on low
  • Do not iron the print (if you must, iron inside-out on low)
